IBPS Exam Day Guidelines 2020: IBPS to Follow Social Distancing Rules

As you all know that at this time not only India, the whole world is suffering from a disease called coronavirus. If we talk about the present time, more than 61.7M cases of corana have been reported in the world and in India this number of corana has exceeded 90 lakhs. The only case of prevention from this disease is social distancing. Nothing can be said about how long this disease will last. Schools, colleges, and educational institutions have not even opened in India this year due to corona disease. Many examinations have also been postponed this year.
Now and for how long the examinations will be postponed due to corona disease. Keeping this in mind, IBPS has decided to conduct the examinations. IBPS has given information related to social distancing regarding examinations. Which is also reflected in the IBPS notice. It is the request of all our candidates to follow the guidelines issued by the IBPS. According to IBPS, it is mandatory for all the candidates appearing in the examination to follow the rules. 

Care of time - All candidates are advised to reach their examination venue 30 minutes before the reporting time given under the admit card of the examination recently issued by IBPS. No one will be allowed to leave the object inside the examination center. 

N95 Mask Mandatory - As per the notice issued by IBPS, all candidates must have a good quality N95 mask. You must have worn your mask during the exam, you cannot take it off. 

Galves (gloves) - All candidates are advised to wear their gloves (gloves) in place of the examination center. If it is not there, you will not be allowed inside. All students are also advised to hand in any place without any gloves without any reason. Because the corona reaches a human's body first with his hands.

Bottle of water - No drinking water will be provided to anyone in the examination center. Therefore, according to the guidelines issued by IBPS, everyone has been advised to carry a transparent bottle of water. No colorful bottle can be taken by any candidate, he will be allowed to carry only transparent plastic bottles inside.

Hand sanitizer bottle - It is also necessary for all candidates to bring a 50 mm bottle of hand sanitizer with them. 

A simple transparent pen - Under the IBPS exam, all students have to bring their ball pen with them. IBPS will not be provided by IBPS to anyone at the examination center.

Documents related to the examination - Admit card, ID card, original and a copy of ID card, pen sanitizer, water bottle etc. to the candidates inside the examination center. Apart from all this, nothing is allowed in the examination center. And everyone is also advised that they all put their photo on their admit card, the photo is on the admit card, while the photo is to be placed on the admit card. And your name on the admit card and your ID card should also be the same. If there is any change in the candidate, the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the examination. And all have to sign their photo on their admit card. 

Apart from all this, more important things

  • Candidates are advised not to share their object with anyone at the examination venue, doing so will be considered as violation of the rules of IBPS.
  • Candidates have to stand at the examination center by keeping a reasonable distance from one lamp so that all the students who do not come in contact with any other person
  • Are also told that they come to the examination center while entering you for the exam Standing so that the social distance remains at the examination center
  • If the candidate must take care that everyone has N95 mask, sanitizer, gloves, water bottle, etc. 
  • Should be It is mandatory for all students to have the Arogya Setu App in their mobile. The risk factor of the candidate should be shown under the status of Arogya Setu App in the mobile of all the candidates. If any candidate does not have a smart phone, they will have to bring a declaration form which is issued to the candidates along with their admit card. And they will have to show it to the guard at the examination center. 
  • If a candidate is found on the Arogya Setu app, who is of medium or high risk status, such candidates will not be allowed to go to the examination center.
  • After displaying their status on the Arogya Setu app on their mobile at the time of admission, the candidates will have to submit their mobile switch off and you will have to take your mobile from the time of exit after the exam.
  • Talking about the body temperature of all the students, all will be tested through Thermo Guns at the time of admission. If any candidate is found above normal temperature (> 99.14 ° F) or if they have any symptoms of virus, they will not be allowed to go to the examination center.

There are circumstances under which you will not be allowed to enter the examination center.

1. If any candidate does not have a mask, he will not be admitted to the examination center. Because the guidelines issued by IBPS have been passed, it is said that without the mask, you will not be allowed to appear in the examination.

2. If any candidate fails to display his risk factor in his Healthy Setu App. If you do not have a mobile, then you will have to bring a signature of this effect to the declaration form issued by IBPS and show it to the security guard at the examination center.

3. If this candidate is found to be his status medium or higher in his Arogya Setu app then he will not be allowed to appear in the examination.

4. If the temperature of any candidate is found to be higher than the temperature set on the examination, he / she will not be allowed to appear in the examination.

5. If a candidate is exhibiting signs of korana then he will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
